Em frente ao um espelho, observe suas mamas em diferentes posi\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante a observa\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 importante avaliar o tamanho, a forma e a cor das mamas, assim como incha\u00e7os, abaixamentos, sali\u00eancias ou rugosidades. Feito isso, coloque a m\u00e3o esquerda atr\u00e1s da nuca e mantenha o cotovelo apontado para cima. Utilize a m\u00e3o direita para apalpar e sentir a axila e a mama esquerda. <\/span>Use a polpa dos dedos, e n\u00e3o as pontas ou as unhas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Comece com movimentos circulares, que v\u00e3o do mamilo at\u00e9 cobrir todo o seio.<\/span><\/p>\n
